Great details.

I wish you could get Kuminga as a client.

I am really curious what his off season workouts look like.

You are so committed and detailed oriented I am wondering how many clients are you able to work with at a time?

Thanks Hoops!

Ahh, in another lifetime that might have been possible. The most I've done for a year was three. That's the limit without hiring someone else to help with the film work. During busy stretches like three games in four nights or when a few had back-to-backs at the same time, it wasn't easy.

Thanks, I tried to give it my best for them and myself.

Coach, I was thinking about SWOT. I have a good feel for what you mean by S, W and T. The O I'm hoping you can give me more clarification. Is it Opportunity for the player to improve or grow in areas? Or is it Opportunity in the current team situation?

My email is markjthomas1970@gmail.com in case you'd rather email me.

Sorry, I missed this, Mark! I try to think of opportunity as something that is a weakness, not bottom-of-the-barrel weakness, but more like "hmm, they could be good at this," or more like this action is the counter to a strength (Driving closeouts and shooting go hand in hand here as an example).

Also, it is something that they get opportunities to do within the team offense. For instance, listing being a better shooter of a three, coming off PnR, as an opportunity for a player who only gets one a game would be silly.

So, it's like the happy medium of all of these components coming together. Hope that helps!

Coach, thanks for sharing. Fantastic stuff and generates a lot of ideas for me. Enjoy your coffee and doggy- maybe together?

Thanks, Mark; I'm glad it got some lightbulbs firing!!

Marzie is about as good of a coffee companion as you can get! She's a big believer in a slow morning to charge up her batteries for the day, but only after she's had breakfast!
