I would like to know your opinion on Draymond Green.
My opinion is with a little less physical demands, like playing less at the 5 and fewer minutes, that it is possible for him to shoot 38 to 40 pct on open standstill 3’s. Possible, not probable, if he makes it a priority to fit better with JB and possibly JK.As an old high school coach from way back, I appreciate your knowledge and work.
When it comes to obsessively practicing one move, I think of Ray Allen's three in the 2013 Finals. He knew exactly where his feet were because he'd practiced that very shot so many times.

There is no denying that the physical demands of playing the small ball five affect shooting on the other end of the floor.
Regarding his shot. I think there are shot prep and habits within the shot that could get much better.
But, to what effect does the team become less effective if Green doesn't play the small-ball 5 role? I think that's the question.

Danny Green is my college roommate and a dear friend…. We don't talk about that shot here. 🤣
Hahahahahahah. That shot (and the traitorous Miami fans) led me to create The Ray Allen Corollary: Never leave a sporting event early.
